Hi ... I'm SuZen!

A line becomes a Doodle. A word becomes a story.

Somewhere along the way, a self is found.

I spent years searching for peace before discovering

that slowing down with a pen and paper became one of my greatest teachers.

‘SuZen’ is the nickname my bestie gave me while teaching me to meditate. Over time it came to represent much more. A reminder of the kind of life I wanted to create, one with greater peace, curiosity, gratitude, and joy.

People often ask how I became an artist or a writer. The truth is ... I didn't set out to become either. I set out to find peace. Somewhere along the way, I found all three. And I found Caylee, the Zen Puppy too.
